RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA):
Please mark RMA# on address label of package and include a copy of the invoice along with a short note with a description of the problem. All returned murchandise must be received by us BEFORE a replacement will be shipped. All defective
items will be replaced or repaired at our descretion within the terms
and limits of the manufacturers warranty. There will
be a charge for service on non-defective merchandise, and for any assistance
resulting from operator error. Customer holds the responsibility for proper packaging and shipping. Items damaged or lost in shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Merchandise is considered out of warranty if any visible damage is found on the returned items or if warranty labels have been removed or cut.
