WARRANTY
:


All merchandise purchased from Best 4 Less carries a 1 year warranty EXCEPT memory, and OEM CPU.
Memory and OEM CPU carries a 10 day warranty. Retail box CPU carries applicable manufacturer's warranty only.

Warranty does not cover any misuse, abuse, or modification. The warranty also does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, or negligence on the part of the customer.

The Warranty is contingent upon proper use of the product in question, and does not cover damage caused by either internal or external equipment, shorted components, components not installed properly, or caused by components not purchased from Best 4 Less .

ABSOLUTLY NO REFUNDS on any type of memory chips including OEM CPU's and Math Co-processors. All OEM CPU's carry a 10 day warranty ONLY! Retail CPU's are covered by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover abuse, broken or bent pins, and burnt CPU's. We are not responsible for any accidents that occur during installation of CPU purchased by customer.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA):


Please Email for an RMA # to return any merchandise for repair or replacement in accordance with our one year warranty
Rma will reply to you with RMA # Please included with your return item
All RMA numbers are good for 10 days from the date issued. Please ship merchandise as soon as possible.
please have the following ready:
Invoice Number
RMA number
Date of purchase
Nature of problem (must be specific)

Please mark RMA# on address label of package and include a copy of the invoice along with a short note with a description of the problem.

All returned murchandise must be received by us BEFORE a replacement will be shipped.

All defective items will be replaced or repaired at our descretion within the terms and limits of the manufacturers warranty.
We reserve the right to keep the defective merchandise from one (1) to thirty (30) days for repair or exchange.

There will be a charge for service on non-defective merchandise, and for any assistance resulting from operator error.
Any merchandise returned for replacement that is not defective will be returned freight collect.

Customer holds the responsibility for proper packaging and shipping. Items damaged or lost in shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Merchandise is considered out of warranty if any visible damage is found on the returned items or if warranty labels have been removed or cut.

RECEIVING
Any discrepancies with shipment should be reported immediately within 3 days of reciept of merchandise.
The customer is responsible for making the claim to the carrying company (UPS, FEDEX, etc.) as soon as the damage is discovered (upon receipt of item).

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
All special order sales are final. Warranty replacement for same item only. No refunds or exchanges.
Customer assumes all responsibility for application, fit, and suitability for intended use.

CREDIT/REFUND
Except for special order items, there is a 20 day refund policy which includes a 15% restocking fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS! Shipping charges and labor charges are non refundable. All deposits are non refundable.
NOTE: If the price at the time of refund is less than the price paid at time of purchase, the customer will bear the cost of the difference.
EXAMPLE: The price at time of purchase is $100.00, and the price drops to $90.00, the refund will be 85% of $90.00.

Absolutly no refunds on CPU (either retail box or OEM), memory, and monitors.

All merchandise returned for refund must be in LIKE-NEW and RESALABLE condition in their origional packaging with all manuals etc. Customer agrees to compensate Best 4 Less for any item missing from the package at least 30% of the item's invoice price.
